Event :

We will be holding the 26A/W Order Meeting
for Pøsitum, a product brand from Tokyo.

Pøsitum is a brand that redefines the boundaries between
interior design and fashion from an industrial perspective.

Based on the concept of "objet,"
it pursues the beauty of a product that stands in space,
even though it is a bag.

The first order meeting in Tokyo
will be held at Amanojak.

 ……………………………………………………………

Since this is the first time introducing this brand,
let's start with an overview of the brand.

Pøsitum

Pøsitum is a product brand launching in 26AW
that redefines the boundaries between interior design and fashion
through an industrial approach.

It is created by a design unit consisting of:

Mr. Shutaro Yaguchi

from YOU ARE WELLCOME, a renowned interior shop.

and Mr. Kazuhiro Yoshinari

from gluck leather, a hand-crafted leather brand from Ibaraki,

Mr. Kazuhiro Yoshinari

and Mr. Yudai Ichinosawa
from TEN10, a Tokyo-based creative hub
where creators from various fields gather.

Mr. Yudai Ichinosawa

The brand incorporates the perspective of product engineering into the concept of "objet,"
as indicated by its brand name,

"objet"

and pursues "self-standing forms" that go beyond the framework of bags.

"self-standing forms"

It pursues "self-standing forms."

A presence that is complete when placed in a space.

A function that is complete when held.

The softness of textiles and the functional beauty of industrial design.

By sublimating these conflicting elements into a single product, it brings artistry and functionality to everyday spaces.

From materials to structure and form,
the meticulously designed products,
while bags, exude an object-like presence,

offering a new perspective on the relationship between space and body.

This time, Amanojak. will host the first order meeting in Tokyo.

We will be offering three types of products that allow you to experience the world of Pøsitum,
and we will be holding this special event.

Let me introduce them one by one.

CESCA

CESCA is a model inspired by Italian modern furniture,
including the "CESCA CHAIR" by design master Marcel Breuer.

It comes in two colors: black and brown.

The architectural metal frame composed of steel pipes,
contrasted with soft leather and suede,
creates a presence like furniture or an objet d'art standing in space, even though it is a bag.

Structural beauty stripped of excess,
the texture of the material itself,
and a form that emphasizes the relationship with space.

While being a product that nestles against the body,
it is designed to create a complete scene the moment it is placed.

Straight lines and curves, hardness and softness,
industrial tension and
craftsmanship warmth.

By sublimating conflicting elements into a single form,
it blurs the boundaries between fashion and interior,
bringing a quiet presence to everyday spaces.

CESCA is a model that symbolizes Pøsitum's philosophy,
transcending the boundaries of "a bag for carrying"
to become a product that is completed within a space.

CESCA2

CESCA2 is a model that maintains the architectural framework of CESCA,
while creating a new look by replacing the inner bag.

The inner bag features a design inspired by the details of the "CAB Chair"
by MARIO BELLINI, a representative of Italian modern design.

The iconic hole detail on the back of the seat is adopted and arranged next to the zipper,
expressing a subtle sense of openness and immense respect.

By incorporating furniture-like details, such as stitching and material tension, into the bag,
it expresses a softness that nestles against the body and a quiet presence.

By separating the frame as a structure from the bag part,

it achieves both expandability as a product and
spatial beauty.

Finally

MATEGOT

A model inspired by the "perforated metal"
expression with countless holes by Mathieu Matégot.

The contrast between the regularly perforated metal material
and smooth leather achieves both lightness and a structured presence.

The form composed of curves, while conveying the functional beauty of industrial products,
creates an organic and soft impression,
exuding a quiet presence in the space.

The unique expression of perforated metal that transmits light,
and the shadows that change with the angle,
create a presence like a work of art,
transcending the boundaries of a bag.

Structured yet light.
Inorganic yet soft.

It is a model that embodies the aesthetic sense of Pøsitum,
achieving a delicate balance of conflicting elements.

How was it?

Pøsitum is a bag, yet it feels somewhat like furniture or an objet d'art.

I don't think you often encounter products that are beautifully formed
not only when you carry them, but also the moment you casually place them in a room.

It's a bag with a mysterious charm that not only brings the excitement of fashion,
but also changes the landscape of the space itself.

When you actually pick it up,
you'll surely feel the atmosphere that cannot be fully conveyed in photos,
such as the tension of the frame, the softness of the material,
and the balance of the form.

I am very happy that Amanojak. is hosting the first order meeting in Tokyo.

Furthermore, this weekend, the RboW POP-UP will be held simultaneously.

Scent, space, fashion,
and products.

It will be a weekend that stimulates the senses, just like Amanojak.,
so please take this opportunity to visit the Sendagi store.

We sincerely look forward to your visit.

Well then, I'll be taking my leave.
