that far exceeds Amanojak.'s previous purchasing volume of BATONER!

 

And in this special feature,

we will pick out the charms of BATONER items

scheduled to arrive in the Fall/Winter season,

textile by textile, and model by model.

【SIGNATURE SERIES / 
SOLID WOOL SERIES】

Items featuring BATONER's original

SOLID WOOL yarn,

the brand's iconic SIGNATURE SERIES and

items named SOLID WOOL.

 

These are exquisite masterpieces born from BATONER's dedication and craftsmanship,

luxuriously made from the finest parts of super fine merino wool,

which are then combed

into worsted wool yarn,

and then meticulously knitted.

 

 

 

These are astonishingly new knits,

created by, in a sense, disregarding the conventional wisdom that

"low-gauge knits are made from woolen yarn."

 

By knitting with smooth worsted yarn instead of fuzzy woolen yarn,

they achieve remarkable functionality for knitwear, such as

a refined and subdued sheen,

a completely non-itchy feel soft enough to wear directly against the skin,

and extreme resistance to pilling due to the aligned cuticles of the fibers.

 

 

Furthermore, regarding its resistance to pilling,

while good wool usually scores 1st to 2nd grade in pilling tests,

the SIGNATURE SERIES has achieved a 4.5th grade result.

 

The SIGNATURE SERIES is characterized by its iconic ribbed knit,

which features a unique diagonal shoulder line,

achieved by combining the knitting techniques of

decreasing and increasing stitches, unique to knitwear,

with linking, a traditional knit sewing method.

 

Additionally,

the SOLID WOOL RIB POLO ZIP UP CARDIGAN and

SOLID WOOL RIB HALF ZIP are

slightly thinner than the SIGNATURE SERIES,

allowing for wear across a wider range of seasons.

 

 

【SUPER HIGH TWIST WOOL】

SUPER HIGH TWIST WOOL

luxuriously made with 100% super high-twist yarn from merino wool.

 

The characteristic of this SUPER HIGH TWIST WOOL

is that it is tightly knitted with a special sinker knitting machine,

creating numerous advantages.

 

 

By twisting the fibers tightly into yarn,

it creates a firm texture,

and a remarkably crisp, dry feel that makes one forget it's wool,

reducing the uncomfortable sensation when sweating.

 

Furthermore, it is noteworthy that

by suppressing the soft, casual texture characteristic of knits,

it achieves a solid and refined appearance.

 

 

Additionally,

the reduced surface fuzziness minimizes fiber entanglement,

making it resistant to pilling, which is another appealing feature.

 

Although it is a wool knit,

it can be hand-washed at home, making it a truly thoughtful knit.

 

 

Its mid-weight thickness

makes it easy to layer under outerwear, and so on,

making it indispensable for styling.

 

Since last year's fall/winter season,

as soon as this specification was introduced,

it sold out instantly, receiving such a tremendous response, that

the SUPER HIGH TWIST WOOL is a material not to be missed again this year.

 

 

【INNOCENT CASHMERE】

BATONER is a factory brand, but

Mr. Okuyama, the owner of Okuyama Meriyasu, the manufacturer and designer,

calls INNOCENT CASHMERE "the ultimate ordinary," and it lives up to that name.

 

INNOCENT CASHMERE was developed

inspired by the rare cashmere knit archives

held by Okuyama Meriyasu.

 

 

It is a special material carefully crafted into yarn from only the parts of the raw material

that are of particularly uniform quality, harvested from "cashmere goats"

raised in harsh climates with significant temperature differences.

 

Due to the rounded cross-section of the yarn,

it is not overly fluffy,

and is characterized by a clean texture and a pure, beautiful appearance.

 

Soft and light,

the delicate cashmere fibers effectively retain warmth, which is another appealing feature.

 

In terms of feel,

the smooth, snag-free texture that even feels slick,

and the moist sensation that organically integrates with the skin,

are unique to this INNOCENT CASHMERE.

 

 

While maximally updating the characteristics of cashmere,

its appearance remains basic and standard.

 

This is why Mr. Okuyama calls it "the ultimate ordinary."

 

 

【BABY ALPACA KURUMI TENJIKU】

BABY ALPACA KURUMI TENJIKU is made from high-quality baby alpaca,

dyed in exquisite subtle color differences and crafted with Kurumi knitting.

 

Its distinguishing feature is that it retains the rustic and warm texture characteristic of alpaca,

while using baby alpaca from newborns to create a very soft and fluffy touch.

 

 

Furthermore, because alpaca fibers are hollow,

they effectively trap body heat, preventing it from escaping,

and also have the ability to moderately dissipate heat when it's warm,

thus regulating body temperature perfectly.

 

Despite its warm texture, the knitting suppresses a bulky feel,

achieving a silhouette that is not baggy and doesn't make you look puffy.

In addition to its rustic texture,

the varied dyeing creates a deeply nuanced color and texture,

offering excellent comfort and adding a warm touch to your styling.

 

 

BABY ALPACA KURUMI TENJIKU is a material whose appeal lies in its rich, nuanced texture,

excellent temperature regulation, and soft, moist, non-bulky touch.

 

 

【OLD SCHOOL JERSEY】

OLD SCHOOL JERSEY, which appeared last fall/winter season,

was BATONER's first jersey at the time.

 

It is characterized by being an urban material that retains the ease of use and comfort of jersey,

while elevating it through BATONER's knitting technology.

 

By using a "double-knitting" method that knits the front and back together,

it secures the fabric's strength while allowing for the use of materials with different characteristics

on the front and back.

 

The outer surface uses a special polyester yarn with a beautiful, subdued,

matte feel and drape,

while the inner surface, which touches the skin, uses

a soft, highly lubricated, extra-long staple cotton yarn,

resulting in a double-faced fabric with completely different characteristics on each side.

 

 

This fabric is used for both tops and bottoms,

with the top being a smock,

and the bottom being easy pants tailored like trousers,

yet the dressy feel of the outer fabric creates a refined matching set style.

 

Easy and beautiful.

That is precisely the material that OLD SCHOOL JERSEY is.

 

 

【WOOL T-SHIRT】

BATONER's familiar WOOL T-SHIRT,

made from 100% worsted wool.

 

This T-shirt has the elegant and smooth texture characteristic of worsted wool,

and a dressy drape, making it a well-behaved item

suitable as an inner layer for tailored jackets and clean shirts.

 

 

Despite being wool,

it also possesses high elasticity, moderate thickness, and lightness,

and can even be machine washed at home,

making it truly suitable for daily use as a T-shirt.
