【GUIDI】SIZE GUIDE

【Design】
・An authentic derby shoe crafted artisanally with GUIDI's unique leather and processing.

・The slightly rounded toe and upper give it a well-balanced, substantial artisan feel without compromising the authentic derby shoe aesthetic.

・The long shoelaces are also a distinctive feature; they are meant to be tied by wrapping them from under the foot, adding a unique accent that enhances its modern impression.

・The object tumbler dyeing and the rich texture of the horse oil give it a decadent, worn-out, modern appeal.

・The sole is neither too thick nor too thin, making it a timeless choice that can be worn with any style.

【Leather】
・Uses horse oil leather, which is horse full-grain leather with the grain removed.

・By sanding the surface, it has a matte leather texture with fine napping like nubuck, resulting in a subtly落ち着きのある expression that is neither too shiny nor too casual.

・It contains a rich amount of oil, and as the surface nap is crushed, it gradually develops a dull sheen.

・The characteristics of horse leather, such as its very dense and robust fibers, are retained.

・Despite its very tough durability, its supple and soft texture is also appealing, making it comfortable to wear from the start with a good fit.

【Object Tumbler Dyeing】
・After forming the boots with this leather, it undergoes unique -object tumbler dyeing- processing, resulting in an artisanal and rich texture.

・Fine three-dimensional wrinkles and uneven coloring create the powerful expression of GUIDI's unique leather.

・Moreover, the deep, three-dimensional wrinkles that develop with wear enhance the decadent mood, a unique characteristic of this processing.

【Sole】
・Lightweight and flexible leather sole specification.

【Construction】
・Goodyear welt construction for attaching the sole.

・This construction method balances durability and walking comfort, and combined with the suppleness of the leather, it offers exceptional comfort.

・・A special VIBRAM rubber sole from GUIDI is included separately and can be attached later at a shoe repair shop.
